In the 1900s the plantation in St. Joseph, consisted of approximately 40 acres, however it has been in existence since the 1700s. It sits on the highest point in Barbados, 1,131 feet, which allows breathtaking views of the island.

The renovated Chimborazo great house, on 3 acres, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with all modern conveniences.
