Nightlife In Barbados includes fine dining, night clubs, beach bars, sports bars, dinner shows and cruises and live music venues where you can party to soca, calypso, reggae, and R&B.

Christ Church

Plantation Tropical Spectacular, Bajan Roots & Rhythms, Main Road, St. Lawrence, 428-5048.
Features a floorshow, dancing and dinner. The stage show offers you agenuine representation of West Indian culture, with fire eaters, stiltwalkers, and showgirls.

After Dark,St. Lawrence Gap, Dover, 435-6547. There are live appearances withheadliners performing reggae, calypso, and soca. A DJ plays disco andthere is a jazz club.

Reggae Lounge, The Gap, 435-6462.

Ship Inn, St. Lawrence Gap Dover, 435-6961.
This large, friendly pub has local band music every night for dancing.

Jam Rock Cafe Music Bar & Grill, St. Lawrence Gap, 420-7615.
Listen to music of the classics as well there are live bands.



Oistins Fish Market
Fridaysand Saturdays come here for the popular fish fry, music, barbeques andrum shops. It's the place to be on the weekends!

The Garden Terrace at the Southern Palms Beach Club, St. Lawrence Gap, 428-7171.
There's entertainment three nights a week.

Have dinner and watch the floorshow, featuring Indian dancers.

St. James

Live music Saturday & Sunday during the high season.

Casbah Nightclub, Baku Beach Resort, Holetown, 432-2258.
Thenightclub is located on Baku Beach and offers themed nights with livemusic several nights a week.  There is a cover charge.

Informal Sunday night street parties at First & Second Streets in Holetown.

 

St. Joseph

St. Lucy

At Half Moon Fort, enjoy the Fish Fry every weekend. It's on a smaller scale than the one in Oistin's. (Half Moon Bay is also known as Moontown)

 

St. Michael

Harbour Lights, Marina Villa, Bay Street.
Here's an open-air beachfront club with top live entertainment. Each night offers its own special theme, from Beach Parties and 'Drinks Free' nights to top live bands. It's barefoot elegance under the stars with free-flowing exotic drinks.

Sharkey's Bar at The Boatyard, Bay Street, 436-2622.
Live music a few nights a week.

The Waterfront Cafe, The Careenage, Bridgetown, 427-0093.
Head to the Waterfront Café for live entertainment including jazz.

Brown Sugar, Aquatic Gap, St M, 426-7684.
Live entertainment several nights a week.

Limelight Cafe, Cavans Lane, Bridgetown, 435-9471.
Overlooking the Marina, the Limelight Café provides the definitive experience in dining, music & entertainment, showcasing Barbados’music icons as well as today’s Caribbean stars.

Baxters Road continues from Tudor Street, Bridgetown. (google maps incorrectly lists it as Boxters Road). This is the party street that you should visit at least once. Your meal will most likely be cooked in the open as was done before electricity.

 

St. Peter

The Terrace at Cobblers Cove Hotel, 422-2291.
Live entertainment most evenings.


St. Thomas

Lord Willoughby's Tavern, Bagatelle, St. Thomas, 421-2121.
If staying up all night is what you like to do, then visit the Tavern for food, entertainment, games, pool table and slots.
