Raised teak walkways meander through luxuriant tropical landscaping leading  to different areas for dining, sitting and sleeping.

There are eight air-conditioned bedroom suites. Six adult rooms and two  specially outfitted children's rooms. All bedrooms have terraces and are  equipped with a
mini-fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, bathrobes and wall safe.

The villa comes with air-conditioned gym, home theater with large screen TV,  home cinema with state-of-the-art stereo equipment. Included are DVD,  VCR, DirecTV, Satellite dish and a surround sound stereo system. There is a  fax machine.

Greensleeves is located on a point between two bays with expansive beach  frontage and access to two beaches. Comfortable seating for up to 20.

An eight and a half acre landscaped park located across the road from the  main house features a large lily pond and floodlit tennis court. As well there is a kid's jungle gym and table tennis.
